As I'd mentioned I've never invested in these frozen wastelands before.

As per the link I provided the average temperatures at Larder Lake drops below zero degrees Celsius between about mid-Nov and mid-March. The thaw happens between mid-March and mid-Oct. Coming from a place that has relatively normal temperatures I didn't appreciate the nuance when it comes to exploration. These are truly hard conditions if it's better to get your exploration done when everything is frozen over. I just saw that Feb was one of the highest months of snowfall so assumed that would be a pretty sheet month for drilling.

You live and learn.

So it is buy the freeze and sell the thaw.
