Co-incidently there was an article, probably AFR however can't recall, in the last couple of weeks that indicated 70% of stocks with director sales performed poorly the following 12 months.

Regardless, however companies arrange and communicate these won't change sales or perceptions. Seems to me holders are just looking for a reason to be positive about it and a politely worded anny has done the trick.

I'd suggest if people don't like directors selling work out their own policy: director sells 20% of their I sell 40% of mine. They have and I'm out. Or whatever works.
