Why this company, that possesses such highly sought after products, brilliantly accessible on-line, that customers in the hundreds of thousands are begging to pay a lot of money for (so we are told - time over time again) never manages to sell anything is a complete mystery to us simple minded folk. The whole thing is a complete mystery. Are sales not the issue anymore? Is a company of greater value if its 'potential' huge sales are not sullied by some actual sales results? If that's the case what drives the share value to greater heights? Can anybody help us to understand? Or should we ask John Cleese if he has the answer?
