There were parcels larger than spp parcels forsale so I'd be thinking there might be an old holder or two that have been trapped for many years wanting out. A few months will see them with a big dose of regret. Someone also working this lower to buy aswell, they were kind enough to throw a tiny parcel at 8.9cent to a lucky buyer. I'll have a few more at 9.0 if I can, I might even put the spp aswell
