Yellow diamonds were and are are highly sought after in Singapore and elsewhere in SE Asia not just for their rarity and beauty but also as investment grade stones.Since Ellendale closed most yellows have been sources from Sierra Leone and they aren't a patch on the yellows from Ellendale .The added benefit that POZ has is that it will be very easy for them to acquire Kimberley Process Certification without which diamonds cannot be transported across international boundaries,processed or marketed .A source of good quality yellows which are from a stable jurisdiction like Australia as opposed to "conflict stones" is eagerly awaited by those interested in rare coloured diamonds .I noticed on the tenement maps last night that POZ have another ace or two up their sleeve as well

Welcome John, I'm also wondering if POZ can get their hands on Ellendale. There is a good bit of ground there that could be interesting to run the GPR over. I know the government was after expressions of interests but POZ had pegged it after the receivers released it so I'm wondering if this counts for anything.
