Bottom line is that the company has under performed. The Board is responsible. Just look at one of its competitors CCP, the share price has really flown. CLH Board is playing games because it does not like being criticised for its poor performance. The software issue (dud system) was a Board responsibility. If a director does not like what he sees inside a company, the only thing to do is resign which Lev Mizakovsky did. The Board were trying to restrict him from questioning the CLH IT people as to the system and cost. Go no where so only thing to do is resign. Having done that he has then questioned the Board.
Turn all this around, if the IT system was good and CLH was producing strong profits and paying dividends, then there would be no reason to challenge the Board on significant issues.
I am flying to Brisbane to attend the AGM because I think change is needed.
