So New Hope have two points.
1. They are not making an opportunistic attempt to gain control of the board.
2. They are unhappy with the share price performance.

Their explanation for 1 is unconvincing and they give no suggestions as to how they would make things better.

Sorry New Hope - you've got to come up with something better than that to get my vote. How would voting their people in make things better for all shareholders?

It might make for an interesting AGM.

Meanwhile the steady selldown continues on with no buying interest. It's like I only dreamed about the GDF Suez announcement.
