All good and well for those attending the meeting. But what about those overseas and interstate who perhaps can not justify the cost of attending.

It is a waste of time attending the meeting to vote when the free shares and options have diluted shareholders leaving control in the hands of so few.

Therefore it is essential that ALL shareholders are informed on the company's operations and not via someone's own report.

If the company is serious about shareholders investment it would be prudent to issue announcements via ASX and not posters on HC.
