    Strange Announcement to say the least.

    Seems they have to have the meeting 15 days before the quarterly is due out Why? Surely they could wait a little longer so as shareholders could make a valid decision.

    Why are the non elected Directors not standing for election as other companies do.

    Consolidation not far away now.
