Besides the above (and a few other obvious questions) i'd ask: "Why has this technology not generated any income yet, ever?"
Trouble is I doubt any difficult questions will be asked, and if they are, they will not be answered - the history of meetings of the various boards over the years have all been very much the same - steamrolled smaller holders and ultimately; quite meaningless!
Cynicism aside, there is some potential here, the biggest question for everyone is: "Can these guys actually commercialise it successfully in a realistic time frame?"
I remain very cautious, and sceptical of their motives and ability, however there may well be some good trading potential coming up!
