The way I read it was a bit desperate, trying to justify all these performance options with no performance!
Listing all those additional tasks when from my understanding BUL is doing almost nothing on a day to day basis, just waiting for a GSA or take over.
I like your faith Kip but you can see most people agree with Nursery for good reason.
