Not necessarily. Why couldn't BUL help put together a pipeline consortium and stump up some of that $800m. I'd be happy to take up an SPP IF, and only if, the funds were used that way.

Getting a pipeline underway would put a rocket under the SP. All they have to do is to AGREE to be part of that consortium and the SP will rocket and the dilution effect of a cash raise would be minimised.

They have to think like a "Twiggy". Think BIGGGGGGG. Not sit back and wait,  and wait,  and wait     and wait  and procrastinate then wait some more.

THEN I may have a positive sentiment.
