Weren't Tsiolis, Gooch and Turner the directors who presided over the SP going from 17c to current 3.4c? A 80% wipeout of shareholder value. They expect to be rewarded for that? Do any of the "highly regarded" directors who have come and gone over the past couple of years get their freebie too?
