They have talked up their broad and potential position in China. They are just starting to get some runs on the board and do not have enough reliable info to convert the potential market into forecasts. I know that you just want them to punch out a number with a whole heap of zeros behind it, but it would be completely reckless for them to do so.
In short, NET is in no position to publish what you desire - get over it.
