    Westbury, thank you for your thorough analysis of director responsibilities and the duty of care which should be exercised towards all shareholders.

    I have been so annoyed by the company's actions that I have chosen to lodge an online complaint with the ASIC.

    It may come to nought, but at least the ASIC will be aware of the company's activities both for now and will have a record if they adopt similar practices again in the future.
