i am with you guys, have voted against on most resolutions. I will not disagree to continue to pay Directors & CEO in lieu of shares. there is no different between raising capital and pay them or pay them shares directly.

However, the issue price must be fair enough and reflecting whatever the market price with appropriate discount.

For me to invest in this company is no different in punting, but look likes the future is great.

I understand some ppl worried about the IP, hopefully the board will get someone in China to register the patent properly. There are some similar products, ie Mwave from US, China Telecom also the reseller, and all these products are all listed in the same website for sell. You cannot stop someone imitate your products, if they succeed and replace you in the market, then we should face the defeat as why we are the creator but cannot as success as copycat does.

If you go to china website - Netlinkz.cn, ( i know you cant read chinese - Just simply click on all link) - they have made two videos to promote and explain how their products work - explanation speak in English. It is an awesome products and easy to use. Just wondering why Australian are not using this product to improve the work productivity - especially working from home/outstations.

If you don't like the resolutions, vote them down, its your right.
