Beacon will resolve itself - most probably in a way that will be good for shareholders ie we get some money from the loan note, sooner than otherwise, in a negotiated once and for all settlement. Whether Gainwealth get a discount for the buggeration factor doesn’t matter that much.

Unfortunately, until then, the nagging doubt over whether (just maybe) there has been a f... up, is taking the focus away from the great revenue numbers.

My only concerns are that they start converting all that revenue into decent profits and the share price actually goes up. Talk of dividends, share consolidation, dual listing, tax and domicile strike me as premature.
