    Why on earth did Wuxi Baichuan buy a 10% stake in this company as a cornerstone investor, after full access to the Cancet data room to facilitate their due diligence, with a stipulation in the Deed of Novation that their funds were to be spent on Cancet scoping study and further drilling there, only to sit back and say nothing as this did not occur?
