Agree they need to fact check... saying dfs is on track and then typing 2019 makes them look stupid! Lets hope it is 2018..Forget promoting they are drowning it... 

on a more positive note... it seems there might be number of corporate to corporate & corporate to govt related announcements after dfs is released in dec. If they can complete these negotiations before march there might be some hope!!.. i agree chairman needs to lift his game, he has over 20mil shares it's in his own interest to be sharp n'on the ball...
