    Anybody noticed this on Page 23 of CEO's report:

    • Held initial discussions with various parties involved in spoil handling for Metro Tunnel Project.

    They have already had initially talks re PASS with the "various parties". Discusions have already started - which is no guarantee but it's the first step - they are talking with them. They would not be talking if NAGs was not under consideration.
