Irrespective of whether they are already written down into the 2018 numbers, the moment they are issued it will affect the SP. People don't look back to the 2018 financials, evaluate the valuation of the company, see that they were already a factor and make rational decisions based on that. There will be knee-jerk sales and a large herd will follow, in my opinion there's no need to go down with them. 

I'm not sure about the caveat from the original announcement that the performance did not relate to rooms or revenue generated by companies acquired after purchase. It went on to say "unless the room uses a Swift network service or the revenue is attributable to a Swift Networks Service", which i find hard to disseminate from the financial statements with no income segregation, so i'm being cautious on this one.

We shall see how it pans out, i'm a strong buy - at 20 cents  )
