Happy to have acquired your shares TK6018. I think there is a little misunderstanding about the performance shares. They have already been written down in the 2018 full year numbers. The business has to perform for them to be issued, so it will be in a better position than it is now. It related to the original purchase of Swift and only includes the Swift revenue and not anything acquired after that (IE VOD). And there is no guarantees all get issued.
If you're concerned about the performance shares then you're not seeing the whole picture.
