We are hoping to negotiate outcomes(akin to the AFL trade period) with the board, for example Leon Davaneybeing promoted to MD. We think he's vital. Questions over Sarah Ryan and thevalue she brings. Peter Moore has been there forever and appears to us to offerno value. We are disappointed with the lack of broker coverage and promotion ofthe stock, except to the institutions that are large holders. Corporatestrategy is lacking. Someone with real skin in the game may be better thansimply a professional director turning up to board meetings and taking a fee?Unless of course, they're an industry icon, which we don't currently have.

The AGM is being held next week.Attached is the notice of meeting and Annual Report for your reference.
We have been in dialogue with thelargest shareholder Troy Harry and have agreed to collaborate on voting for oragainst various resolutions. This will be discussed and agreed on the day.Together, Troy and the CPSA forms a large voting block that can make adifference.
