The money is there, it has been confirmed by the auditor. They went to the bank and confirm the money is there.
The only problem holding the dividend back are:
1) Jiameng Zhang
2) Chinese Government policy.
Chinese government should ok, if Jiameng is willing. Does not seems like he is very willing. We’ll need to force him.
Also, what’s with ACA partner Simgapore? Why are they siding with Jiameng ?
