China need support in the West for their belt and road initiative.. small fraud add up to them loosing their reputation aand cooperation world wide.
that is why i believe they will soon crack down hard on chinese companies whose damaging their reputation abroad.
especially when XPD is a private company and not a state own company. means the communist goverment will be very willing to throw the CEO Jiameng under the bus, if they need to. In order to protect their national reputation.
don’t trust jiameng. use the law to make him behave.
