It would be easy to do.
I would use a letter of credit issued to XPD by an importer of Chinese goods..
XPD would make a claim on the LC in AUD once the payment has been made in China
There is no need to get approval from the Chinese authorities to transfer money out of China.. this is effectively a swap..
There would be a commission or currency margin to be paid for this by XPD.
