Nice discussion above. It strikes me that the long term health of the likes of MVF and VRT lies in broadening their centres around female reproductive and infant health rather than just ARS. They are doing this partly now but at a low key. MVF may rue the fact that they are sitting on a high debt that disables them from growing in the adjacent areas. It takes exceptional managers to build something like Ramsay health or Sonic.
