    I guess the big pointer in 2012 was that the whole board of "founders" bailed out all their 4m each options in late 2012 make about $11m each from the sale. That is what appeared to have been the trigger when you (loki) sold out around that time. I guess the trigger this year should have been when Les Davies sold out most of his "founder" shares plus the few he purchase in the capital raisings so that he noe only holds 1m shares. It was "deja vu" when LD sold the second time. Also see that Paul Chapman (the old Chairman) had 5,334,294 shares on 30 September 2015 (when he left) so his holding must have been behind one of the "nominee" shareholders (the top 4); maybe he sold down as well (we don't know). Interesting though that nominee shareholders increased their holdings in SLR between 2016 and 2017 as below:
