The quality of small/mid caps is almost irreverent given the P/E contraction occurring through that sector of the market. I don't have to tell you that to maintain a constant share price during a P/E contraction from 20 to 10 requires a doubling of earnings. I'm hanging on to HSN but I'm watching it closely.
