Yep but it's always been losing money the old MD was just hiding it in acquisitions. Sales are big $250m a year is solid. A surf shop sells what maybe $2m a year through the door so it's 125 surf shops.
Sonand was driving an Uber, that's no crime. Almost destroying a business and running away, well that's a crime. I didn't realise there were old board members still on the board, those losers need to go.
Seems some work to be done, but business is hard, there are no easy businesses.
