Taking a wild stab here, but the only real latent value I can see in AYI is in their 19 acres industrial land holding in Guam. That's almost 8 hectares (of which they hold a 50% interest), and could yield a couple of dozen decent sized allotments. Any formal approval for the subdivision would provide some excellent news for shareholders.
The nature of today's huge trade would indicate either some "forehand" knowledge of such a deal (or similar); or otherwise a corporate play of sorts.
