Your post is one of the most misleading that I have seen here on Hot Copper. The Crikey article was written in 2007. The ASA article was also written in 2007 by the then CEO who has been gone for years. You go on to quote "Last year API attempted and failed ....". It wasn't last year it was 2006 which I am sure you knew well. You then go on to say "the latest annual report shows a loss of $14m. That is wrong and again was a comment made back in 2007. The latest annual report actually shows a profit of $30.28 million The Fin Review article on companies that have had a first strike on remuneration report votes was written last June. In the recent API AGM, the remuneration vote was passed so that API no longer have a first strike.
What are you doing - trying to push the share price down so that you can get in and buy them? Producing an old article by mistake old is understandable and forgivable but quoting three separate out-of-date articles as if they were current is not acceptable.
I am surprised at the current fall in API and I am a buyer.
