These notes remind me of farmers; the adventurous early adopters or big-plans-in-a-hurry often go bust, those who keep using the same gear to grow the same crop in a changing market go bust slowly and those who incrementaly adopt new techniques for new products sometimes become very big successful operators.
SOO management seems to have a tight hand on the purse while at the same time using the little free cash available (imagine being a trader in a market where the lowest price is always had by the last guy to get a truckload of supplies in!!!) to switch the company over to the growth market- larger installations.
Unexciting but realistic and safe.
