For the SH's sake I'd hope no CR either. However when MEM needed funds a couple of months ago they got money internally. I think that was a good idea, but they'd be unlikely to do it again. Especially considering how quickly they look to have gone through that cash.

Unless they create a brilliant scheme, I reckon they will have to go to shareholders here. Incredibly dangerous considering the chance of underwriting is next to nothing.

MEM needs to work fast here. You can't allude to needing funds at the AGM and sit on your hands for weeks. The S/P is already looking ordinary, and will only get worse as sellers get antsy and buyers lose enthusiasm.
