Holders throwing their hats in the ring for this pretty much equals being hoodwinked . If holders believe that part of these funds are going to develop the device rather than being thrown to the litigation wolves they probably deserve to participate .
This thing is dead . The Singapore legal system will chew them up and spit them out with nothing to show for it IMO
