re: Ann: Chairman's Address to Shareholde... If there are 40 responses to the sale process and they all come in 'lowball'you might face the possibility that they reflect reality.
One or two offers can be lowball. When the whole market tells you the same thing?
Suppose the offers come in at 15c and the company knocks the offers back. What do you think would happen to the stock price.
Having asked the market to value the assets we have to listen to the answer.
