re: Ann: Chairman's Address to Shareholde... Fair enough Bacci - and as an employee (sometimes) I am glad the Board has an obligation to consider my interests.

I have recently got out of one company where I didn't trust the Board, and am considering exiting another for a similar reason (only held there by greed because of potential upside). I have had to do this only a few times, and interestingly I haven't lost money in the process. But even if I had, it would be worth it for the improved sleep.

At this stage, I trust the AMU Board and I think the company is worth more than its current price on the ASX - so this is a no brainer for me. If I didn't trust the Board, though, I would be out in a flash as I don't think the upside is huge.
