Glad to hear that the business will not simply accept the best of the offers made and has reserved the right to refuse all offers.

In my opinion the share price is held back by the lack of a catalyst to drive it forward. That may simply come in the form of the Schwing drill and we may se movement on that basis.

Obviously that isn't the only variable but the company's organic growth won't shock the market.

At the least I am hoping for a re-rating on the back of the offer(s) they receive. Hopefully if it is a sale of some assets then that money can be returned to shareholders by way of a buy back.

My gut feel tells me however that the activities of the business over the past year have set the scene for a sale of the entity not just the assets.

Anyway, time will tell.
