You've made your point Bacci. But lets face it, if you thought the value of the company is less than its current price you would have sold by now. Everyone still holding (if they are sensible), thinks that the value of the company is greater than the current share price, and the bids will come in higher.
Other people have views on the price as well. They may think that it is not worth selling for 30c if they value it at 40c based on projected cash flow and growth. You are always going to be free to sell it at any price you can get for it. The Board's role is to sell it at what they believe to be the best price for all owners - not just you. If you don't trust the Board to make that decision, you should sell now.
