Yeah I got the same line of thinking from their announcement.. I don't see any 'waffle'. I see a genuine recognition of the fact that it's been really sheety lately and they've highlighted what they've done about, and what they're going to do.
It's not an overnight change, of course.
The volumes today and yesterday agree I think.
