I agree that the EMA should have been frank and upfront in the beginning as to why they would not accept it. That final assessment came out of left field for me. Was not even on the radar. Also the due diligence about effectiveness was a joke. The Harding trial used cohorts with extreme numbers to give a false impression. Those numbers were freely available to the new management and if they didn't see it then they had no business in doing diligence, and if they did as they must then they were complicent.
