... perhaps they exceeded their monthly bandwidth having not expected to actually announce anything of significance in the near future?
Or maybe it was just a carry through of the disdain they showed small shareholders as per their 'cost saving' share registry minimisation just recently. Imo remove the baggage if you want to save costs ... in the words of Michel Foucault "we need to cut off the King's head"
