board member was who retires today conveniently was selling to the lead up of announcement...
I sold out after announcement as I had my concerns leading to this AGM:
1. No guidance at EOY presentation (was banking on new tender opportunities as the reason)
2. Board member selling down
So the lesson is as investors we need to be like detectives and look for clues ... they were there but I felt that a board member selling down into a AGM where they give outlook update will be scrutinised.. and they did state tender opportunities hence why I thought maybe no guidance, combining with past performance thought there was more reward than risk... They are crafty in how they present outlooks.. however they will be impacted by the SP diving and investors shying away from the company..
No doubt the board member has a avenue of explaining himself..
My thoughts are the stock will be punished due to minimal growth, low liquidity and lost trust...
