Hi Dixie,

I would agree, re-list appears destined for early next year as opposed to this year. No prospectus issued as yet and we know that the ASX time requirement is at least 28 days from release of prospectus before being allowed back on the boards let alone complying again with Chapters 1 and 2. So, to this end I would say very little to NO chance of trading again 2016.

The Chairman's address was at least a little more decisive this time round regarding funding; QUOTE -

"Funding for the dairy acquisition has been a slow and tedious process and Directors have worked hard with financiers to secure a successful outcome".

My query; if the outcome were successful, why then are we awaiting finalization ? May have been more prudent to announce all at once. To me, it seems as though the company is awaiting on the funds being confirmed / secured and will then move complete part of the 5 farm purchase before they issue the prospectus - this may ease the confidence of holders to partake in announced CR which I would be confident in saying at this time - many probably would not under the current state of affairs. Should the progress forthcoming be without any grey matter, then holder sentiment could change IMO.

The purchase of the cows can hardly be seen as a negative and somewhat fits in with what I have mentioned above - most importantly, certainly shows clear intent of confidence in the progression of the farm acquisition completion I would have thought. Why buy the cows without having anywhere to put them ? The two recently announced agisted cropping farms can't farm the cows....so therein lies perhaps the most pertinent demonstration of farm acquisition confidence. Each to their own...perhaps the company were upset that this got out before they had the chance to announce it - seems a reasonable assessment to me in regards to modding your post IMO.

Finally, if all is so tragic - then do we assume you are selling once we open again ? If forward progress were to transpire in the affirmative, then I would hope we all benefit and your rhetoric changes. At times, our emotions can get the better of us.....hopefully, we all end up in the latter category Dixie and your concerns (and at many times mine / others here on the threads) are resolved positively.
