They can issue new shares up to 15% of the current total without shareholder approval. So they can do a 15% dilution CR regardless.
The resolution was to increase that by an additional 10% for a total of 25% dilution without a vote.
But they can still do more than the 15% if they're prepared to go to an EGM for approval of the extra part.
