I would say $8 is probably more realistic if earnings from the new stores start to flow through as planned and we keep our usual PE of around 15-17. My overall portfolio is pretty conservative but I like CKF as a "growth" stock that is also in a pretty defensive industry and has never traded on crazy multiples. Good mix of reliable earnings along with fully franked dividends and a long growth pipeline.
