It would appear that in the absence of a suitable replacement Chairman that Peter Jooste reluctantly agreed to remain on board. I am presuming that since the Malaria Conference exposure and the completion of the trials that EMS has all of a sudden become popular with potential Chairman candidates and that Peter is happy with his successor. In turn this has allowed Peter to withdraw his nomination and we can no doubt look forward to an ANN before this weeks AGM. If the new Chairman has the right pedigree and track record, and I assume he or she has, this can only give the SP a boost. Could be the start of the climb to get the oppies home....we can only hope.
