    re: Ann: Chairman & CEO's Address to Shar... Natnicnak - I've held VEI for a while but cannot figure out why their +payments/revenues margin is declining. It was 50% higher 6 years ago (about 36% in 2007 and now 23.5%). This is the major factor in VEI's future beyond debt repayment and dividend distribution.

    Any clue whether this is at all fixable?
