    Of course its risky Battlestar......You are getting diluted by way of a CR to fund accelerated production capacity for clients the company doesn't even have yet. Lots of pipeline but where are the actual signed agreements and where is this so called Navy contract ? IMO this is just more fluff.......happy for Alain and team to prove me wrong though.
