They complete a CR at 36 cents through existing holders and go wide with it and then raise $2.125M internally at 17.5 cents without offering it to investors..... Agree, it wasn't discounted and no fees are a plus. I'm on the fence about this news. Glad to see it bounce but we're a long way from the SP 12 months ago.
